Next Chapter for Women to Discuss 60 Before 60

Next Chapter for all who identify as women will meet on Sunday, May 5 at JFS from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m.

The topic of this meeting is “60 before 60: Getting Out of Our Comfort Zone and Growing Through Mid-Life.” Beth Johnson, LMFT, representing her private practice johnsontherapyservices.org, will lead the discussion about ways we can challenge the restrictive narratives around midlife in our society. Contrary to the myth that this stage in life is about shrinking, it can actually be full of possibilities.
