TC Jewfolk’s Most-Read In 2019

What a year, huh? Not only does today mark the last day of the decade, but it also marks the end of the first decade of TC Jewfolk.

This year, we reached more people on TC Jewfolk than we ever have. Plus, we launched four new Jewfolk-produced podcasts that tackle important topics like news (The Jews Are Tired), food (We Won. Let’s Eat!), and family (Herzl Camp’s Hakshivu! Hakshivu! Podcast and Sholom’s The Generation To Generation Podcast).

In case you missed them, these are the most-read stories of each month on TC Jewfolk in 2019.

January: Minnetonka HS Senior Uses Nazi-Themed Dance Invite

February: Ilhan Omar, Anti-Semitism, & The Political Left

March: Jews Back Omar Over Islamophobic Slurs

April: Who The Folk?! Avi Aharoni

May: Penny’s Coffee Rolls Out New Israeli-Inspired Menu

June: Owner Of Cheers Minneapolis LGBTQ Bar Called Out For Anti-Semitism

July: MRA Statement On Language Used By The President

August: Closing the Door is the Wrong Move

September: Suspect In Custody In Duluth Synagogue Fire

October: Parents Sound Alarm After Son’s Pill Death

November: Latest Swastika In Edina Part Of Worrying Trend

December: Asa’s Bakery Preview: A Worthy Bialy Comes To Minneapolis

As you can see, we’ve tried to get out in front of the important stories in the community this year. We’ve tackled anti-Semitism, politics, and food, among other things. We had, on average, more than one piece of content posted every day in 2019 — not bad for, generally speaking, posting only five days per week!

Thanks for reading, donating, commenting, and being a part of our community this year. It couldn’t have happened without you.
