What leads a classically-trained violinist to change her tune and become a fiddler? That’s exactly what Rachel Calvert did. Calvert is a bluegrass fiddle player and singer in the band Barbaro, and the operations manager at Bet Shalom Congregation. We talk about her start in music, how the pandemic affected her and the band, and how she juggles music and her day job, on this week’s Who The Folk?! Podcast.
