One of the largest pro-Israel conferences in history is taking place this Sunday – Tuesday, March 21 – 23, in Washington, DC, and TC Jewfolk is going to be filming and blogging about live. Yep, you guessed it. It’s time for AIPAC’s National Policy Conference!
Called the “most important organization affecting America’s relationship with Israel,” AIPAC (the American Israel Public Affairs Committee) is a lobbying organization that works with students, community members, and legislators to ensure American support for Israel.
TC Jewfolk’s Editor-in-Chief Leora Maccabee and Israeli politics blogger Jenna Mitelman will be covering the AIPAC Policy Conference non-stop, blogging about the major speeches (Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, Professor Alan Dershowitz, Israeli Prime Minister Bibi Netanyahu, and former British Prime Minister Tony Blair to name a few), and interviewing Minnesota’s legislators about their positions on Israel.
You won’t want to miss TC Jewfolk’s coverage of this important Middle East policy event. Starting Saturday night, here’s how you can stay tuned to the pulse of Washington, DC:
