Position Summary:

The Program Associate plays a critical operational and relational role within JCRC’s Education and Operations teams. Reporting to the Director of Campus Affairs|Senior Educator, and supporting the Director of Data and Marketing, this position supports programmatic and project-based work at JCRC.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Support for JCRC Programs

The Program Associate will work closely with the Director of Campus Affairs | Senior Educator, and all members of the Education Team. Their work will support all programming at JCRC, including large organizational programming like the annual event and annual meeting, as well as ongoing educational programming in K-12 schools, partner faith institutions, and on college campuses. Duties may include:

  • • Research and data collection
  • • Program and curricular design
  • • Logistics and administrative assistance
    • Material preparation
    • Food orders
    • Communication with partners
    • In-person support during programs, including set up and clean up
    • Teach and facilitate programming
  • • Data-entry following events
  • • Relationship building
  • • Assessment of programs
    • Use database and AI tools to track patterns and outcomes

Support for JCRC Projects, Data Management, and Casework

The Program Associate will work with the Director of Data and Marketing on the following project-based work:

  • • Salesforce Database launch, implementation and data entry
  • • Casework management
  • • Integration of AI tools
  • • Communication and outreach with partners and community members
  • • Administrative work associated with mass communications
  • • Large event planning

Experience and Qualifications Requirements:

  • • Mission aligned with JCRC
  • • Bachelor’s Degree – Preferred in areas related to Judaism, Education, Public Affairs, Political Science, Communication
  • • Preferred experience in education, community relations, organizing, advocacy, or communication
  • • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • • Collaborative worker
  • • Organized with attention to detail
  • • Passion for Jewish education
  • • Comfort learning and using new technology
  • • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time and respond to emergent needs

Additional Information

This is an in-person position that works primarily at the JCRC office at the Barry Family Campus but also includes occasional travel across the Twin Cities to partner institutions, including schools, faith institutions, and college campuses.
