1 whole green cabbage
1 lb ground beef
1 Tbsp finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/8 tsp sour salt + 1/4 c. warm water
1 Tbsp white sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 Tbsp uncooked white rice
1 1/2 c. tomato juice
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. raisins
