
Jewish Family Service of St. Paul helps all individuals and families, regardless of religion, race, ethnicity, nationality, sexual orientation or sexual identity, to successfully navigate the challenges and transitions that life presents them. Services include individual, couple and family counseling, family life education programs, care management, support groups, assisting individuals with Alzheimer’s and other forms or dementia as well as their family members and caregivers, family consultations, preadmittance and post-discharge hospital planning, family life education programs, employment services, Kosher Meals on Wheels, spiritual care and financial assistance.
